Meeting Place

On the one night of the month when the moon is fully dark, the Garans and the Eguans meet here so that their leaders may discuss what is going on, and so that their members may get to know each other, too. No fighting is allowed here as long as the moon is still dark, but as soon as it begins to wax again then the momentary truce will end and the rivarly will begin again.
